Because her mother likes to take turns staying with her children, every few months at her house, then a few months with her younger siblings Ngan Quynh, Thanh Ngoc…, so every December 25, after taking the time to clean the house, the actress The doctor always runs over to visit his mother, then celebrates her birthday before Tet. Because every December 26 and 27, she starts singing in the province, and doesn’t return to Ho Chi Minh City until the Fourth.
Until now, she still remembers the old Tet when she gathered with her mother and her mother taught her how to sing Vong Co songs. Whenever she accepted a show, if there was a song that she didn’t like or didn’t sing well, she would go to her mother to learn and ask her to teach her how to handle it.
“In recent years, looking at my mother, I feel sad and scared because every spring comes, my mother turns 1 year older. My mother is 80 years old this year, so her health is also somewhat weakened, so I appreciate the moments with her even more.

“The sisters in the family often jokingly say that whenever they live near their mother, they always get fat, not because they are greedy for food, but because their mother cooks so well. Just seeing my children eat well and eat a lot makes me very happy,” artist Thanh Hang shared.

Because she missed the taste of her mother’s cooking and her kindness, as soon as she returned from a provincial performance on the fourth day of Tet, artist Thanh Hang immediately came over to play with her mother. “We sisters never informed our mother in advance of the meeting schedule. For example, when I went to visit my mother this afternoon, my sisters kept coming home quietly, because they were afraid that something would suddenly happen, and my mother couldn’t see her face and was looking forward to it and feeling sad,” she said.
This Tet, the sisters plan to continue doing surprises for their mother. She shared that last year, artist Thanh Ngan (artist Thanh Hang’s sister) had a job working abroad, so her mother kept waiting. This year, Thanh Ngan promised to return for Tet, so her sisters discussed making a surprise for her mother.
