According to Moscow health authorities, nearly 3,000 people donated blood on March 23, collecting nearly 1,000 liters of blood.
“Most Vietnamese people in Russia want to help, even students have texted me asking how to register to donate blood to save lives. However, according to Russian law, only people with permanent residence registration can participate ,” Dr. Bao shared.
