On the evening of October 25, the final night of the Miss Grand International 2023 contest took place in Ho Chi Minh City, with the competition of 70 contestants from countries and territories around the world. Overcoming 69 other contestants, Luciana Fuster – a beauty from Peru was crowned Miss Grand International 2023. Meanwhile, Le Hoang Phuong – a representative from Vietnam was crowned 4th runner-up.
The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd runner-up titles belonged to representatives of Myanmar, Colombia, and the United States, respectively. 5 beauties tied for 5th runner-up include representatives from the Netherlands, Angola, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Dominican Republic.

The new Miss Grand International 2023 is Luciana Fuster, considered a bright candidate right from the moment she entered the competition. She is in the top 4 of the Country’s power of the year contest and the top 10 contestants wearing the most beautiful swimsuit according to audience votes. The 24-year-old beauty has a lovely face, sexy body, and is 1.74 m tall. Luciana Fuster is a model, broadcaster, and won the title of Miss Teen Pageant International 2015.
On the important night of the competition, 70 contestants went through rounds of swimsuit, evening dress, and behavioral competitions. The theme revolves around issues of peace, love, and kindness in society. At this year’s international competition, Le Hoang Phuong not only won the 1st runner-up title but also appeared in the top 5 national costumes with the Thien Long Dance piece.
