Vu Thu Phuong shared that every time Tet comes and spring comes, right at Ann Quan’s space, she invites her dear colleagues and friends to come together to wrap banh chung and play folk games. According to her, these activities will partly help children living far away from home reduce their homesickness, and also help young people growing up in big cities and foreign tourists better understand traditional Vietnamese culture. .

“I think the special thing that helped Ann restaurant be elected is the delicious taste of Vietnamese food, the nostalgic space and the activities that promote traditional culture. During the past 10 years, we have not changed the menu because before opening the restaurant, I had 6 months to focus only on trying dishes. I want to keep the family recipes that have been preserved for many generations,” Vu Thu Phuong shared.
